Sue Johnson

Shirley Sue Johnson, 72, passed quietly away at her home on Saturday, October 25, 2014 surrounded by her family. Sue was born on February 20, 1942 to Edgar and Eula B Jordan in Wills Point, Texas. She worked for over twenty years as an x-ray technician at Terrell State Hospital. Sue is preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Eula B Jordan and her husband Kenny McSpadden. Those left to celebrate her memory include her daughters, Tonya Sanders and her husband Steve, Quinn Morris and her husband Ray; grandchildren, Meagan Girdley, Scott Sanders, Zach Sanders, Mason Alexander and Jesse Alexander; sister, Linda Whiteside and her husband Don; nephews, Dean Whiteside and A.J. Juarez, Landon Whiteside and his wife Gina; grand-nephews, Colt and Clay Whiteside; as well as numerous friends and neighbors. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, October 27, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held the following day, Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. The interment will be at Elmo Cemetery immediately following the service.
