Scott Langley Anderson

Scott Langley Anderson: cherished son, beloved brother, and loyal friend, passed away on August 31, 2022 after he bravely fought the ravages of pancreatic cancer for 4 months. He is survived by parents Gene and Sally Anderson; brother Barry Anderson and partner Roger Chavious; sister Emily Barina and brother-in-law Justin Barina and nieces Hannah and Lauren Barina; and countless number of friends.

Scott, born on September 20, 1973 in Dallas, TX, grew up in the Chapel Downs neighborhood and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. He went on to graduate from Stephen F. Austin University with a business degree and spent his career as a professional recruiter. Scott was an avid sports fan and a history buff as well. Those who knew Scott either as a kid or an adult will miss his sense of humor, generous spirit, and commitment to friends and family. May he rest in peace.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Bible Church, 11306 Inwood Rd, Dallas, TX 75229. Reception to follow. This will be a casual affair to remember and celebrate the life of Scott Anderson.
