Robert Leon Powell

Robert was born on December 12th, 1926 in Wetumka, OK to Lula Mae Bean and William M. Powell. He married the love of his life, Doris Mae Blalock Powell on February 5, 1951, in Hobbs, NM. Robert served in the Army and went to work in the Insurance and Real Estate industry. In his free time, Robert  enjoyed golfing, reading, and dancing.He is survived by his Daughter, Belinda Cummings of Alba, TX; Son, Kevin Powell of Terrell, TX; Grandsons: Chris Powell & Gregory Martin; Granddaughters: Taylor Cummings, Brandy Cummings, Jessica Martin & Amanda Martin;      Daughter-in-law, Barbara Powell; Granddaughter-in-law, Suzun Powell; and 10 great-grand kids.He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Doris Mae Powell. Arrangements are under the direction of Goggans Funeral Home of Terrell, TX.
