Phyllis Hessel

Phyllis Anne Hessel, was born Dec 10, 1936 to Cecil and Ila Hines in Dubuque, Iowa. She went home to be with Our Lord on Oct 30, 2012 in Terrell, Texas. Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband William F. Hessel, Sr.; parents Cecil & Ila Hines; brother Donald Hines; sister Janaane Kiefer; brother in law Wayne Hennings and son in law Greg Peek. She is survived by her daughters; Rhonda Hanson and her husband, Art of Evansdale, Iowa, Linda Dudley and her husband, Nathan of Terrell, Texas, Janice Peek of Canton, Texas and Lori Uptmor and her husband, Maurice of Forney, Texas; sons, Bill Hessel, Jr. and his wife Lucy of Terrell, Texas and Danny Hessel his wife Julie of Terrell; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; brother Dale Hines and his wife Sara; sisters Jeneene Hennings, Lana Pfab and her husband Joe and Denise Hines of Terrell; sister in law Betty Hines; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and extended family including, Heidi, Tammy , Duff, Kelly and Tracy. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Terrell, Texas. A funeral service will be held the following day, Friday, November 2, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. also at the church. Interment will be at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date.
