It is with Great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, May Beth Ridgeway, on May 26, 2023 at Cheyene Medical Lodge in Mesquite Texas, at the age 85. May was born April 4th, 1938, in Lufkin, Texas.
We are heartbroken to lose someone so special, She was a wonderful woman and loving mother, who will be greatly missed.
May was predeceased by her Father Chester E Ridgeway, Mother Altha M. Slone Ridgeway, brother Carol E Ridgeway, Daughter-in-law Tina Hankins, and 2 Grandsons James Richard Nation and Christopher W Shrum.
She is survived by Daughters: Cheryl Freeman (Joe Freeman) Mesquite Texas, Gail Lynette Nation Maypearl, Texas, Donna Knox (C E Knox) Alvarado, Texas, Lynda Trevino (Kelly Trevino) Scurry, Texas, Sonya Hankins Coolidge, AZ, Melody Rhyne Ft Worth, Texas and Son: Tracey Hankins East Tawakoni, Texas.
Other surviving relatives include Cousins & Sister-In-Law Julia Durda, Earline Blair & Dortha Hankins: Georgia Jones, and Jimmy Slone.
May was the proud Grandmother to 17 Grandchildren, numerous Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
