Marvin Wayne Hay, 83, of Forney, Texas passed away on November 26, 2018 in Dallas, TX.
He was born on June 29, 1935 he was the son of Oscar Ewing and Ruby Lee Goode Hay in Wills Point, TX. He married Sue Hargrove in 1952 in Terrell. She preceded him in death in 2007. He married Sonja LeCrone in 2011 in Terrell. He retired from Madix after 25 years of employment.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Sonja Hay; son, Clarence "Skip" Hay and wife Felice; daughter, Jana Grant and husband Craig; grandchildren, Christopher Hay, Brandalyn Reeves, Lindsey Braswell, Justin Hay, and Haylee Grant; great- grandchildren, Carter, Jackson, Noah, and Ellen; brother Nelson Hay and wife Linda; brother-in-law, Guy Hargrove and wife Brenda; sister-in-law, Jimbo Hargrove, a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Jan Sprague.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Graveside service will be Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM, at College Mound Cemetery, Terrell, TX with Brother Pat Cooper officiating. The visitation will be held at 5-8 PM on Wednesday, November28, 2018, at Goggans Funeral Home Chapel.
