Marcella Ann Jones

Marcella Ann Jones passed away peacefully on Friday May 12th, 2023 at her home in Forney, Texas.

Marcella was born March 8th, 1965 in Long Beach, California to Raymond and Diane Ringer. At the age of 7, her family moved to Alta Vista street in Mesquite, Texas where she grew up with her husband Mike Jones.

Marcella had many jobs but ended her career as a controller for an electrical contractor.

Marcella and Mike were married on July 11th, 1986 and they resided in Mesquite and in Forney where they raised their children.

Marcella enjoyed traveling to the western united states which involved numerous trips to the national parks with her husband and grand children. Her favorite was Yosemite.

She is survived by her husband Mike Jones; her son Chad and wife Ashlie; her daughter Amanda and Fiance Nicholas; her daughter Chelsea and husband Breck, all from Forney, Texas. Grandchildren Caden, Elijah, Isabella, Greyson, Shaylynn, Ryder, Bayleigh, Hunter, and Hadley. Parents Raymond and Diane Ringer of Talco, Texas; Brother Wes and wife Brandy Ringer of Caddo Mills, Texas; Brother-in-law Joe Bob and wife Vicki Jones of Grapevine, Texas; sister-in-law Jennifer Paty and wife Amy Blake of Augusta, Maine; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Marcella is preceded in death by Fred and Lorraine Treiber, in-laws, Bill and Gayle Jones, Aunt Dale Dano, Uncle Terry Ringer and numerous aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to made to the American Cancer Society.
