Judy Ann Stamper, 72, passed away Saturday August 13, 2016 in Terrell, Texas.
Judy was born October 5, 1943 in Terrell, Texas to Julius Neely Black and Bobbie Nadine Littleton Black. Judy was a beautician. She loved her job and customers. She was dedicated and loved her family dearly. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Jennifer Harpole; daughter, Tonya Higgins; son, Vince Higgins; and son, Michael Higgins.
