Judy Buchanan

Judy Buchanan, 68, of Kaufman, passed away on May 27, 2017 in Forney. She was born on October 15, 1948 in Kaufman to Homer Ardell Howard and Lila Mae (Lane) Howard. She married William A. Buchanan.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ernest Wade Howard; and son-in-law, Troy Oliver.

Her family members who are cherishing the memories of her life are her husband, Bill Buchanan; her son, Charles Simons and his wife Melissa; her daughter Sherry Oliver; grandchildren, Courtney Simons, Haley Simons, Carson Bryan, Hailee Yeaton and her husband Bryan; and Tyler Frederick; brothers, Royce Howard and his wife Sandra, Ricky Howard and his wife Teresa, and Ronnie Howard and his wife Wanda; sister, Kathy Hall and her husband Chuck; numerous nieces and nephews.

Judy's memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Goggans Funeral Home in Terrell with Rev. Justin Wilson officiating.
