Funeral services for Joshua Daniel Cato, age 45, of Terrell will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022 at Goggans Funeral Home Pastor Kenneth Baker, Pastor Kimberly Baker and Minister Rick Hillerman officiating. Joshua passed away on September 30th, 2022 at Medical City Plano, Plano, Texas.

Joshua was born on October 30th, 1976 at Dover AFB in Dover, Delaware to Jerome C. Cato and Portia (Crawford) Cato. In his free time, he enjoyed football, desktop publishing, racing and building Lego's. He also worked as a grocery store loader, warehouse technician,event managing, and being a driver for Uber, Lyft, and Doordash. Joshua also served in the Army for 3 years.

Joshua is survived by his parents, Jerome C. Cato & Portia Cato of Terrell, TX; brother Jordan D. Cato of Terrell, TX; niece Jordyn Cato of Terrell, TX; and niece Jhene Cato of Terrell, TX; his grandmother, Lacille Firson of Willis Point, TX; aunt, Carolyn Queen of Philadelphia, PA; and uncle, Joseph Cato & wife, Mae Cato of Philadelphia, PA.

Arrangements are under the direction of Goggans Funeral Home of Terrell, TX.
