James “Jimmy” Howard Tutle passed away on March 19, 2023 due to Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). He was 73 years old. On his final day, he was surrounded by his family, who he adored.

Jimmy valued hard work, honesty, and the value of a man's word. He was a simple man with a big smile. If you ever got the pleasure of meeting Jimmy you instantly loved him. Jimmy could build and fix anything.

Jimmy married Brenda Leslie in Dallas, Texas. Together they had 4 children, Troy, twins Todd and Tracie and Timmy. Jimmy and Brenda were married for 11 years.

Jimmy met and married Joanna Biggerstaff Hopper in Mesquite, Texas in 1983.

Jimmy and Joanna later made their home in Wills Point, Texas. They were married for 39 years.
