Helmut "Hemi" Schmitz of Terrell passed away April 8, 2019. He was born in Dallas, Texas on April 4, 1988, the son or Eduardo Schmitz and Blanca Margarita Amaro. Helmut married Sherry Kendall on April 25, 2015 in Dallas. He was a delivery driver.
Anyone ever wonder why Helmut was a big guy? Well, his size was needed to encapsulate all of his qualities. He enjoyed solitude, loved with all of his heart, funny only when needed, protective to the fullest, utmost ingenious in any situation, loyal to few and possessed a gentle nature like the soft sound of light rain.
Those left to cherish Helmut's memory are his wife, Sherry; mother, Margarita Amaro; sisters Carmen Schmitz and Nichole Ruiz; brother, Mark Schmitz; numerous grandparents, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members.
