Hattie Hinojosa

Hattie Sue Hinojosa, 55, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 in McKinney, Texas. "Susie" was born on August 19, 1957 to Rile E. and Ethel Adair in Kaufman, Texas. Susie is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Ethel and her husband Guadalupe "Lupe" Hinojosa. She is survived by her daughters, Christina Hinojosa and her boyfriend Ricky Gilmore, Janie Duke and her husband Ron; son Rile E. "Edward" Hinojosa, and his wife Stevey; Linda McKenzie, her companion and one of many brothers and sisters; her "sister" and "playmate", Natalie El-Moghrabi and her husband, Khaled; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors. A gathering of friends and family will be held Saturday, January 12, 2013 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held the following day, Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Rafter J Cowboy Church in Terrell, Texas. An interment will immediately follow the service at Weaver Cemetery in Able Springs. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers; donation be made in Susie's name to the Kaufman County Children's Shelter or the Caney Creek Cowboy Church of Van Zandt County.
