Glenella Coomer, 72, Terrell, passed away on December 28, 2010 in Terrell. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. She was born on June 24, 1938 in Longview, Texas, the daughter of Glen Howell and Wrethel May Howell. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Emmitt Coomer; and brothers Gerald Howell and Billy Howell. Survivors include sons, Brian Stevens, Bulls Gap, Tennessee, James Stevens, New Orleans, Louisiana; daughter,Jamie James, New Orleans,Louisiana;two sisters, Bonnie Hardy and husband James,Wills Point; Janie Brown,Canton;grandson Bradley James and wife,Carla,Terrell;great-grandsons,Michael and Brandon James,Terrell;and lifelong friend Betty McCloskey.
