Frank Phillips Jr.

Frank "Big Frank" T. Phillips, 47, died Oct. 27, 2011 at his home in Terrell. Big Frank was born Nov. 22, 1964 in High Point, NC. Frank loved listening to music. He enjoyed going to concerts, fishing, listening to his scanner and playing with his granddaughter. He is survived by his wife of 31 years Willow K. Phillips, granddaughter Summer Cheyenne Hopkins, daughter Dami Phillips and husband Justin Hopkins, son Traci Taylor Phillips, mother Mariam L. Rasbury Spence, stepfather Richard Spence and brother Tommy Lee Phillips and wife Jamie Phillips. Big Frank was preceded in death by his father Frank "Buddy" T. Phillips, Sr. and sister Katherine Marie Phillips. A memorial is scheduled for noon, Thursday, Nov. 3 at Goggans Funeral Home, 1911 North Frances in Terrell.
