Erma Austin

Erma Nell Austin, 73, of Terrell, passed away on May 26, 2012 at her home. She was born on May 6, 1939 in Ables Springs, the daughter of Ben Edward and Flora Alice (Flatt) Thomas. She is preceded in her death by her parents; four brothers, Smone June Thomas, Connie Myron Thomas, Zon Thomas, and Lamont Thomas. She is survived by her children, Lacretia Medlin of Gatesville, Darla Buckmaster of Royse City, Trenja Pipkins of Bailey, and Shane Knox of Terrell; one sister, Wyvone Janoe and husband Fred; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandson; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Her memorial service will be Saturday, June 2, at12:00 noon at Campground Church in Poetry, with Thomas Hooker officiating. Inurnment will be in Campground Cemetery.
