Elva Jordon, age 78, of Denton, Texas, passed away February 25, 2018. Elva was born August 15, 1939 in Richmond, Virginia, to Thomas Alvin and Ruby Jackson (Foster) Doane. Elva married Thomas R. Jordon Sr, on March 6, 1954.
Elva was preceded in death by her husband in 2003, and her parents.
Elva is survived by her daughters, Sylvia Jordon, Anna Blake (Robert); son, Thomas R. Jordon Jr (Anita Allgood); grandchildren, H.W. Odell, Sarah Odell, Wesley Odell, Latosha Jordon, Tiffany Jordon; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister, June Hughes (Jay); brother, Thomas Doane (Sharon).
