Dennis Smith

Dennis Ray Smith, 56, of Lancaster, passed away May 12, 2011 in Dallas. He was born on December 14, 1954 in Dallas, the son of Charles Rufus and Faye Wray (Moore) Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his children, Michael Shane Smith and Tamara Shawn Smith both of Aledo; eight grandchildren; brother, Charles Michael Smith of Forney; sister, Sharon Faye Holden of Wilmer; four aunts, one uncle, numerous nieces & nephews, other relatives, and friends. A memorial service for Dennis will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, May 20, 2011 at Goggans Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Calhoun officiating. His arrangements were made under the direction of Goggans Funeral Home in Terrell.
