Darcy Haverly

Darcy Sue Haverly, 50, of Kaufman, passed away July 10, 2011. She was born June 17, 1961 Albert Lea, MN, the daughter of Conrad and Shari (Walker) Oppegard. Darcy married Bob Haverly on May 10, 1997 in Rowlett. She had worked for Republic National Insurance Company and was a member of Rafter J Cowboy Church in Terrell. She is survived by her husband; her parents of Rowlett; brother, Douglas Oppegard of Rowlett; sister Debra Oppegard of Rowlett; father and mother-in-law, Dorothy and Donald Haverly of Eustace; brothers-in-law, John Haverly and his wife Peggy of Eustace and Ken Haverly and his wife Sue of New Preston, Conn.; sister-in-law, Deborah Jock and her husband Mike of Bethleham, Conn.; aunts and uncles, Gary and Karen Walker of Frisco, Helen and Terry Pelcher of Pittsford, NY, Carol Hanson of Plano; numerous cousins and other relatives. Her funeral service will be Thursday, July 14, at 10:00 am at Rafter J Cowboy Church in Terrell with Pastor Bob Young officiating and Tom Hadley assisting. Burial will follow the service at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Scurry. Visitation will be Wednesday night July 13, from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
