Billy E. Frazier, beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2025, at the age of 83. He was born on September 21, 1941, in Brazoria, Texas, to Robert and Molly Frazier, who precede him in death.
Billy was raised in Texas and graduated from La Vega High School in Waco, where he was voted Class Favorite and proudly served as Senior Class President. He went on to attend North Texas College in Denton, majoring in commercial art before discovering his true calling in real estate. He earned his real estate license and built a successful career as a Real Estate Broker.
With entrepreneurial spirit and a heart for service, Billy co-founded Dac Labels. Billy and his late wife, Andrea “Andy” Frazier, they shared their faith in a unique and heartfelt way—distributing “Jesus Loves You” stickers and praying with those they encountered. Their joyful ministry touched countless lives.
Billy was known for his quick wit, fun-loving nature, and warm sense of humor. Athletic and energetic, he had a lifelong love for football and baseball. He was a devoted member of his Catholic church and lived his faith with sincerity and compassion.
Among his favorite memories were family trips to Boliver - Galveston Beach and time spent with his children and grandchildren, creating cherished traditions that will live on through them.
Billy is survived by his son Rush H. Frazier and daughter Tiffany F. Whitman; grandchildren Shayne Frazier (and his girlfriend Brittney Dison), and Maggie Nelson (and her husband Steven Nelson); and great-grandchildren Emory Frazier, Wyatt Frazier, Doc Nelson, and Sawyer Nelson.
He is preceded in death by his wife Andrea “Andy” Frazier, his son Shane Frazier, his parents Robert and Molly Frazier, and his brother Robert R. Frazier Jr.
Billy’s legacy is one of faith, joy, generosity, and deep love for his family and community. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
